Bathed in the fiery glow of a fading sun, this painting captures my version of The Tree of Life based upon my poem titled Tree of Life. Broad strokes of color sweep across the sky and earth representing the meaning of color. This painting invites the viewer to pause, breathe, and to explore their meaning of The Tree of Life. Understanding that light transform even the most ordinary landscape into something extraordinary.

In this painting, warm hues of gold and rose suffuse the sky and earth, suggesting both knowledge and strength. While the varied tones of each marker hint at the many lessons we gather along our journey. “The Path to Knowledge” invites us to step forward, curiosity in hand, toward the light of understanding.

“The Door of No Return” captures a haunting moment at the threshold between home and exile. In this piece, a weathered stone arch frames a distant, churning sea, its pale light filtering through the open doorway. Ghost-like silhouettes of figures linger in the shadows, their backs turned as if compelled forward by fate. Rich, earthen tones blend with muted blues, conveying both the weight of memory and the unforgiving pull of the Atlantic. This painting invites the viewer to step into history’s solemn corridor, to bear witness to the countless souls who passed through.

A quiet, sun-dappled Neighborhood with many untold possibilities' ripples through the canvas. Warm golden light filters through the tree canopy, dancing on each house, but mainly settling on "HIS house", the large house with many rooms.  This scene breathes with a gentle prefect peace, knowing that HIS presence is everywhere.
